BMT Fluid Mechanics is internationally recognised as a leading independent specialist in the field of wind engineering and offshore marine consultancy. The Company uses its key skills in fluid dynamics, naval architecture, physical modelling and numerical modelling to help designers and operators optimise design, minimise commercial risk and maximise safety.

BMT Fluid Mechanics is based in Teddington, Middlesex, UK, from where the company operates three large wind tunnels. They are run by a group of highly trained technical specialists for a worldwide client base.

BMT Fluid Mechanics has a long track record of projects in Hong Kong and China, and the region is a key market for the Company. In order to provide ongoing local support to the Company's expanding activities, BMT Fluid Mechanics has inaugurated a Hong Kong office managed locally by Mr. Bryan Wong (Regional Manager) and supported by Dr. Volker Buttgereit (Director).
